Whistleblower Function GN Tobacco strives to maintain a transparent business climate and high business ethics. We value everyone’s safety and respect all those affected by our operations. Therefore, we offer a whistleblower service that can be used by anyone to highlight if something is not being handled in line with our values and code of conduct. To ensure anonymity for the whistleblower, we use an external partner, Satelles AB.

The whistleblower function is a mechanism designed to assist individuals who have firsthand knowledge of or have come across significant inaccuracies or improprieties that affect the public interest. This may include reporting violations, unethical behavior, fraud, corruption, or actions that could be harmful to society or an organization. The purpose of the whistleblower function is to provide a secure and confidential way for these individuals to report such events without fear of retaliation. It promotes transparency, accountability, and the ability to address and rectify serious issues within an organization or a broader context. The function should not be used to report minor infractions, general dissatisfaction, or complaints.

Visselblåsarfunktionen är en mekanism som är utformad för att hjälpa individer som har förstahandskännedom om eller har stött på betydande felaktigheter eller oegentligheter som påverkar allmänintresset. Det kan inkludera att rapportera överträdelser, oetiskt beteende, bedrägeri, korruption eller handlingar som kan vara skadliga för samhället eller en organisation. Syftet med visselblåsarfunktionen är att erbjuda ett säkert och konfidentiellt sätt för dessa individer att rapportera sådana händelser utan rädsla för repressalier. Det främjar öppenhet, ansvarsskyldighet och möjligheten att hantera och rätta till allvarliga problem inom en organisation eller en bredare kontext.

Funktionen ska inte användas för att rapportera mindre förseelser, allmänt missnöje eller klagomål.
